Our Faculty

The Bridges Program faculty are exceptional professional musicians from the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Our teachers are chosen based on their commitment to the value of providing warm, supportive, quality music education experiences for children in Baltimore City schools.

Teachers have extensive training in string pedagogy from major institutions like the Peabody Conservatory, Juilliard School, and the University of Maryland. They teach at area colleges and universities, have active careers as professional performers, and many have years of experience.  All have a passion for sharing music through teaching and helping children develop a love of making music.
